I'm not sure about the speech available at the link you offered.  But Book
TV on C-Span 2 offers her C-Span talk and question and answer session from
last night, that focused on her book, "Truth, Torture and the American Way:
The History and Consequences of U.S. Involvement in Torture," through their
video player on their website:

No wonder she is so passionate about this issue, given her husband's
kidnapping and murder in Guatemala in 1992 when he worked with the Mayan
resistance.
