Perhaps as informative as the conversation is the paragraph that states:

"Interestingly, and perhaps just a wild coincidence - a large surveillance 
camera appeared on the roof of the Idaho Building the next day that was 
pointed directly at Dawson's. It disappeared a few days later."

Boise, Idaho, remains a long way from London, England. Nevertheless, this 
report is, at first reading, chilling, then it devolves into being just sad 
that such measures were considered necessary or productive. Here's hoping 
cooler heads will prevail over . . . well, something refreshing.
