The reason they are still there is that the current President has decided not to just
shoot from 
the hip, but to actually have a PLAN to close the prison and repatriate the prisoners. He
has 
ORDERED the prison closed and is doing it in the full light of day, not like it was
establish.  An 
example is the 17 Chinese Moslem prisoners we have there. They can't be sent to China 
because WE labeled them as terrorists and outed them as Moslems! If they go to China, they

will be persecuted because of their religion. 

How long do you think it takes to close down a prison? It's not just a matter of opening
up the 
cells and saying, "OK, you can all leave now, go home!"
