Terrorists are not soldiers. And there is no declared war. We can hold whoever we want for whatever reason we want unless there is a federal law that says otherwise. My hope is that we would only hold people if we had a really good reason, like national security, and we would not torture people.

Tell us, Arnold -

How are those individuals, incarcerated at Guantanamo subsequent to George 
Bush's "declared" war on terror, NOT prisoners of war?

If they are NOT prisoners of war, under what authority do we detain them?

In response to my "authority" reference, "Because they are bad people" (or 
words to that effect) will simply not suffice.  I mean . . .

Provide us a link to something substantial, ok?
