[Vision2020] one injured in bop-a-student crossing

It's not the only place, I've had two close calls on Jackson, in front of
the DN. Both times, cars in the left and right lanes stopped, but the car in
the center lane didn't. One was a minivan and the woman driving it flipped
me off!
