One error in the article: AFDC doesn't exist anymore.  It's called
TANF now. However, considering that the 2008 appropriation for TANF
was 16 billion dollars, the citation is almost certainly correct. Why
is it, now, that we're paying out 80 billion dollars in welfare for
one company? Doesn't welfare reward bad decisions? Jeff? Gary? Anyone?
