[Vision2020] Water wells southwest slope of Moscow Mountain

Does any one know if water levels or static pressure is dropping in private
wells, or if any have actually gone dry out along Foothill Road, Nearing Rd,
Idler's Rest or Lewis Road?
Thank you! I am aware of the reports of our water table dropping 2 feet, but
am unsure if private wells have already been impacted by any water decrease.
