[Vision2020] Oktoberfest and Chalk of the Town

Saturday, September 6, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce is hosting
Oktoberfest and Chalk of the Town art festival.  The event lasts all
day, and includes a variety of chalk artists working on the street
around Friendship Square, live music throughout the day, a community
dance from 8-10pm and food.

The general public can also participate in the chalk art drawing for $5.
