Jeesh, No-'man.  You really ought to take a class in introductory comprehension.
 
What is shown is a CERTIFICATE of Live Birth.  If the CERTIFICATE is altered in any fashion, the CERTIFICATE would be invalidated.  By "altered" it is meant that if any of the items on the CERTIFICATE were changed/modified.
