[Vision2020] 9/11 Truther's Lawsuit Kicked Out

Our legal system is joke for even hearing this case. Can they fine this guy and his lawyer $1,000,000 for wasting the taxpayer's time, money, and resources, as well as to deter future stupid cases before the US Court system. 
 
Perhaps we can also have a jury decide the order of cases to be heard, with reasonable ones to be heard first, and ones that are a waste of time to the back of line.

Not a big surprise. The grounds (that Berg has no standing) were somewhat mundane, but the decision also addressed (in dicta) the fact that Berg had no plausible basis for his claims.
