I agree with you 100%.
Perhaps No-'man is seriously dillusional and venting (on Vision 2020)
against a community he perceived as doing him wrong is his only sense of
self-worth.
If there are any members of the Moscow Police Department and/or Latah
County Sheriff's Office monitoring this listserve, perhaps it wouldn't be
a bad idea to contact No-'man before he opts for a less acceptable means
of expression.
