[Vision2020] free wellness class

Free Wellness Classes sponsored by the Moscow Food Co-op 
  
The Moscow Food Co-op will sponsor a free wellness class at 7 p.m., Monday, November 17, on Chinese medicine taught by Meggan Baumgartner and Lauri McKean of Healing Point Chinese Medicine Clinic in Moscow, Idaho. Baumgartner and McKean, licensed acupuncturists and nationally board certified in Chinese medicine, will discuss the basic principles of Chinese medicine and how it can be used during the upcoming cold-weather months. Seating is limited, so signing up early is encouraged. 
  
The Moscow Food Co-op is sponsoring a series of free monthly wellness classes designed to provide general information to participants about health and wellness. Classes are held in the Co-op deli at 121 East Fifth Street in downtown Moscow.
