[Vision2020] Charges Dismissed Against Five Guantanamo Detainees

This I do not know, Paul.
All I know is what is (or has been) reported on the DoD website.
It is a good question, though.
If all charges have been dismissed against these detainees, there would be
no grounds to keep them in custody.
Kinda like what the Brits would call a "sticky wicket", huh Chas?
