Moscow Arts Commission Presents the 2008 Mayor's Arts Awards
   

  Moscow, Idaho, October 16, 2008 - The Moscow Arts Commission presents the 2008 Mayor's Arts Awards to recognize individuals, organizations and patrons who have shown substantial support of the arts.  Recipients will be honored at the 1912 Center at 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2008.

   

  Awards will be given in the following categories: Excellence in the Arts Lifetime Achievement, Moscow College or University Student in the Arts, Outstanding Achievement in Arts Education, Outstanding Contributions as a Patron of the Arts, Outstanding Contributions as a Business and Private Art with Public Impact.  Please join us in recognizing the arts in Moscow.  Awards made by local wood artist Jim Christiansen.

   

  No-host bar, wine tasting provided by Nectar and light fare will be served.
