Dan Carscallen stated:

"And Bill Clinton abused power when he was having state troopers find him
some strange."

Care to share a citation supporting your allegation there, Area Man?

Councilman Carscallen goes on to say:

"Honestly, if I were in a position, and found out my sister was getting
smacked around by her law enforcement husband, I'd do whatever I could to
help her out of that situation."

Two things, Councilman Carscallen.

1) Do you have evidence that the Alaska state tropper "smacked" Governor
Palin's sister around? Of all the resources I have read, none of them
mention any physical assaults by the state trooper against Governor
Palin's sister.

2) Would "do whatever I could" include abusing your position on the city
council, Dan? If so, then you and I differ on the authority and
responsibillities of a Moscow city councilman. Perhaps domestic disputes
(especially those involving assault and battery would be best handled by
those trained to respond to them. Any idea who I might be talking about,
Dan? Hint: MPD

In my opinion a person such as this is not qualified to sit on the Moscow
City Council, much less the vice presidency of the United States.

Seeya at Farmers' Market, Moscow. Bring your jackets.
