[Vision2020] ACORN: Change You Can Believe In

I read the first line, and all subsequent lines, including this one:

"Miller said that is not the case. He said the state's investigation
began before ACORN submitted the forms referred to in Lewis'
statement."

The clearly indicates that the forms were submitted, but that the date
is in argument.

I don't know that the state "needed" to raid the ACORN offices, except
to retroactively cover their asses.
