The question about Barack Obama's long-standing personal and
professional relationship with domestic terrorist Bill Ayers is a moot
point because Obama now claims that he never knew Ayers and his wife
were domestic terrorists:

Unfortunately, while this astonishing claim solves one Obama problem
it creates another because it raises serious questions about his
intelligence if not his mental competence.

First, after 20 years of a close personal relationship with Rev.
Jeremiah Wright, a man who was a father-like figure to Obama, Obama
suddenly claimed that he never knew Wright was a virulent anti-Semite
and an America hater.

Second, Obama never knew that guy in his neighborhood who launched his
political career in his living room was a radical domestic terrorist
in the 60s and a fugitive from justice in the 70s.

This story is plausible if you believe that the aspiring politician
never read his local paper, especially before the 1994 Democratic
National Convention in Chicago:
