Agreed.  I don’t think anything good comes from feeding monsters, especially racist ones, because nourishment in the form of interaction & attention just puffs them up with pathetic notions of grandiosity.

 

IOW, I find trolls like this to be “pieces of moral slime properly to be shunned by all decent people.”  To do otherwise, IMHO, makes each of us bad Samaritans by feeding into the sad pathology of such trolls.  Which is why I personally have a longstanding principle of not engaging with these cowards once they’ve shown their hate-mongering propensities.
