[Vision2020] California Supreme Court to Take Up Gay Marriage

Sorry, Kai, but scarier than that is the idea that our government, with the Constitution constantly held at the whim of voters, could deteriorate into a government-by-referenda.  It's been bad for Washington State, but at least Tim Eyman hasn't gone after human rights or Constitutional guarantees thereof.
