[Vision2020] America the Illiterate

So Chasuk and Ken, I read the paper this morning, am going to town in a few 
minutes to pick up a book I ordered.  Does that make me one of the "thinking 
few?"  I think not.  I am one of many.  The article is interesting, and 
there is something to learn from it, not the least is to recognize its data 
have been compiled by a somewhat arrogant author.
