[Vision2020] The Onion & DUI

Dudevan, The article on immigration back to Mexico is from "The Onion" a well known satirical "fake" news joke site.  You probably knew that and was just being facitious though?
 
I think in most states, officers must have probable cause by means of failed Feild Sobriety Tests and/or a preliminary handheld breathalizer that supports cause for an arrest and subsequent forcing of a test of the accused's choice.  He can choose to breath in the tester at the station or have blood drawn against his will.  Either case, refusal to take a test results in automatic suspension of his license for some time.
 
I've been seeing a lot of different state's procedures in this matter on show's like COPS & Busted (Mtv).
