[Vision2020] Gas @ $1.909: Question?

The reservation gas stations used to not charge State sales tax at all - but
their prices were not reduced by the entire $.25 per gallon. However, they
have negotiated with the State of Idaho, and are charging the tax.

  Subject: [Vision2020] Gas @ $1.909: Question?

Is the full set of state and federal gas taxes applied to gasoline
sold at the Clearwater Casino, on US-2/US-95, four-plus miles
  south of Lewiston?

Yesterday, it cost me only $12.46 to fill up there, after driving
287 miles from Eagle via Weiser and New Meadows.

The low cost resulted from only consuming 6.001 gallons and
because the price of regular was $1.909. No keyboarding
errors here; I do mean 34 cents/gallon less than Moscow's
$2.349, and one dollar and sixty-one cents less per gallon
than being charged last week at the car-wash/convenience
store/gas station in Pullman on Bishop Blvd, two blocks off
  of Main.
