I'm confused (no jokes please) How is this supposed to support your position?  Looks like a glaring advertisement for Obama to me.  Tuitions have risen like 1000% faster than inflation and incomes, Education shoud not be a "for profit" business that potentially excludes the person who might cure AIDS or cancer or the economy just because he's in a lower tax bracket than the social elites who don't blink at paying $50k to send little Johnny McCain to prep school.
