[Vision2020] Vote counting

As we head to the polls today we can rest assured that there is only one
company who is counting all our votes with its proprietary (i.e. secret)
software that will give up an accurate count.

Never mind that they are the same company that makes the vote flipping
electronic machines.

Never mind that the machines don't even give the same count twice with
the same set of test ballots.
