[Vision2020] Item #3 on City Council Agenda for May 19, 2008

I certainly was wondering how in tarnation you can have a daycare
without any outdoor play area. I certainly hope that no one approves
this day care facility on those grounds alone. Maybe I'm already too
late. But c'mon, that's a good resolution and kids need outside areas
to play.
