I'm confident that my dream will one day come to pass.  Probably not
in my lifetime, but that's where my intuition tells me the world is
heading.

When I was choosing my prefix, I debated using "rok" -- Republic of
Korea -- but "chasrok" sounded a bit too muscle-headed for my liking.
Then I was told my a Korean that "Chasuk" means (if I am remembering
correctly) "magnetic" in Korean.  I liked that.  I used "chasSF" for a
while, being a Science Fiction fan, but too many people thought that I
was from San Francisco.

I considered a lot of obscure connections -- in order to make it more
memorable for myself -- but "Chasuk" had the best ring to it.  I am
nostalgic for certain late 1960s/early 1970s cop shows, but I couldn't
find a reasonable way to abbreviate and append "The Mod Squad" or "The
Rookies" to my username.  Yes, I considered "Chastms," "Chasms," and
"Chastr."  Yes, I am a dork.  I nearly went with "Chasms," but found
that it and derivations of it were already in use at the time.
