Greetings Visionaires -

The "Moscow cares" website has been modified to address specific items of 
interest.

The first specific item of interest to be appended is "Washington Water 
Permit Appeals, Mediation and Potential Settlement" located at:

This site has been further updated to include, in addition to those 
documents previously posted:

1)  Email from Mark Solomon to Deputy Attorney General Phillip Rassier, 
Subject: Moscow Out of State Sale of Water, dated February 11, 2008,

2)  Email from Deputy Attorney General Phillip Rassier to Mark Solomon, 
Subject: RE: Moscow Out of State Sale of Water, dated February 12, 2008, 
and

3)  Email from Representative Trail to Clive Strong, Subject: Re: FW: 
Moscow Out of State Sale of Water, dated February 28, 2008.

As interest develops concerning specific items, these items will, in 
addition to inclusion in their respective session videos, be appended
