[Vision2020] Recall the city council

I repeat my self I know but I want you to know that this city council has 
done nothing that surprised me nor a good many that I know...it is the 
reason I voted for them. This mall was going to happen and this is the 
way that we can gain from it. If you start a recall you will be sad at 
the outcome...wasted money and time. The last council shut doors that 
needed to stay open and we were stuck having to work to keep involved. I 
am impressed with their courage.
