No, it isn't.  It's right wing hype, probably written by some 50 year old 
who hasn't the foggiest notion of is and is not promoted in schools, and 
which practices are legal.  It's a prime example of a piece of "sound and 
fury, signifying nothing."   Anyone who buys into this tripe needs to take a 
look at the Supreme Court Decisions regarding prayer and the Pledge of 
Allegiance in public school settings.  And if they have time it would be 
good to visit a public high school and meet with some of the wonderful kids 
who are the scholars and leaders in their classes, almost none of whom are 
pregnant or have green or blue hair, and if it's orange, it may be their 
natural color.

And just because it has a rhyme scheme doesn't make it poetry, quality 
writing, or true.
