> The Moscow Grange will met at 7:00 pm thursday March 27 at the Moscow Jack in the Box. Carl Hulquist will give a presentation on the confidentiality Bill that was just past by the State Legislature and on its implamentation. Some one from the "Victims of Violence" group will be there. The public is invited. Come and get involved. The bill will be signed next tuesday. Carl and Fran Hulstead (a former victim) will be there for the signing.
