[Vision2020] Global Warming Blunder Exposed

No one called me on this blunder:

 The IPCC, recently awarded the Nobel Prize, represents thousands of climate
> scientists from around the world, who have concluded with a 90%+ probability
> that anthropogenic warming is occurring, and primarily due to human
> impacts.

Tautology, anyone?  If "anthropogenic warming is occurring" of course it is
"primarily due to human impacts."  This says absolutely nothing about how
much of the observed warming is due to human impacts.  I meant to write
"...that global warming is occurring, and primarily due to human impacts."
