Is carbon-14 dating technology that old? If not which technology did he use? We should be careful to only refernce up to date, testable & proven information when possible lest we fail to adapt and survive leading us to extinction, though that would just prove in some people's minds that the apocolypse was indeed coming as foretold. So it is written, so let it be done.

But I believe it?s a lot easier to change the Constitution than it would be to change the word of the living God. And thats what we need to do is amend the Constitution so it?s in God?s standards rather than trying to change God?s standards so it lines up with some contemporary view of how we treat each other and how we treat the family.?> In case there was any remaining doubt, that astounding statement eviscerated Huckabee?s pretense of upholding the separation of church and state. In December, Governor Huckabee offered this charade on Meet the Press, words which obviously are no longer operative:> > ?The key issue of real faith is that it never can be forced on someone. And never would I want to use the government institutions to impose mine or anybody else?s faith or to restrict.?> As it turns out, using the institutions of government to impose his faith is exactly what Mike Huckabee has in mind. Quick to denounce sharia law and ?Islamofascism,? Huckabee is seems quite eager to embrace a Christian version of God?s law here at home. > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> > The Constitution of the United States of America...that unique document that has stood this country so well, and has set "standards" for the world to emulate, for more than 200 years...isn't good enough for Mike Huckabee.> Perhaps Huckabee should be running for president on a small "padded" island somewhere in the middle of the North Atlantic where he can do no harm to our Constitution, the American people, himself and others. > > > If Mike Huckabee wins the Republican nomination it's because his god, is watching out for fools like him who tread where the sane wouldn't dast to go.> Other than being certifiable, the only logical explanation for Huckabee's irrational proposal to change the Constitution must have resulted from him having been swept away in the tidal euphoria of crazed end-of-days-rapturing Christian zealots in South Carolina.> While caught up in the crashing waves of fervent religious zealotry, Huckabee forgot that Earth-bound microphones were open for the entire country -- most of which has their feet planted firmly on middle-of-the-road, moderate terra firma -- to hear his insane ramblings about changing the Constitution so it is in conformity with god's standards.> Quote Huckabee: "I have opponents in this race who do not want to change the Constitution. But I believe it's a lot easier to change the Constitution than it would be to change the word of the living god. And that's what we need to do -- to amend the Constitution so it's in God's standards rather than try to change God's standards so it lines up with some contemporary view."> That contemporary view Huckabee is referring to IS THE CONSTITUTION. I've asked this before, and I'm sure I will ask it again: Which god?> There are so many current ones that are worshiped all over the Earth, and that doesn't count all the old ones who reigned supreme, the secret ones, the new one that will pop up tomorrow, or the ones who are worshipped in other galaxies in the universe.> The Christian god? The Muslim god? The Jewish god with the unpronounceable name, because his name is not to be spoken? Flora? Loki? Odin? Thor? Minerva? Zeus? Hera? Luna? Isis? Osiris? Quetzalcoatl?> Poseidon might be most appropriate, because rumor has it that we all sprang from the primordial ooze at the bottom of the sea in and around the volcanic smokers.> Neat place to come from. It's gorgeous down there. Fascinating tube worms that look more like gorgeous flowers than something you'd bait a hook with, or slitherings things that plow up the earth to make planting easier. It's full of an infinite number of creatures living in harmony when they aren't eating each other for dinner. > Maybe Pandora, because whenever god is invoked all kinds of trouble springs up.> How about Niobe? We all come into the world crying. > The list goes on forever. > So, Mr. Huckabee, in which god's image will you standardize the Constitution of the United States of America...that single unique document that has made the United States of America the greatest country on this puny, insignificant planet...> The greatest country in the world that is, until men the likes of you came along.> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------> > > > > Message: 4> Date: Tue, 11 Mar 2008 19:10:43 -0700 (PDT)> From: Donovan Arnold <donovanjarnold2005 at yahoo.com>> Subject: Re: [Vision2020] Of, By & 4> To: Tom Hansen <thansen at moscow.com>, lfalen <lfalen at turbonet.com>,> godshatter at yahoo.com, vision2020 at moscow.com, donaledwards at hotmail.com> Message-ID: <285669.74245.qm at web38111.mail.mud.yahoo.com>> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"> > Hansen,> > So you think someone that doesn't believe in the Constitution or that all men are created equal should have command over the life and death of our troops?> > Hansen, if I was in your platoon now, which army would we be fighting?> > Best Regards,> > Donovan> > Tom Hansen <thansen at moscow.com> wrote:> So very true, Mr. falen.> > However, apparently it does make a difference to Arnold.> > I would have loved to have had Private Arnold in my platoon for one month > when I was a platoon sergeant.> > Trust me.
