[Vision2020] public forum on Hawkins agreement

I'd like to remind everyone of this forum tonight.

Public Forum Planned on Hawkins Agreement

>  The Moscow Civic Association, with the Moscow Chamber of Commerce Community
> Development Committee and the Palouse Water Conservation Network, will
> sponsor a public forum on Tuesday, March 4, at the 1912 Center about
> Moscow's recent water sale agreement with the Hawkins Companies.
