"Idaho was listed as one of 18 states with no requirements pertaining to
foundations of mathematics, algebra and geometry. Washington was one of 28
states that does have those requirements."

- Devin Rokyta, Daily News staff writer (June 28, 2008)

----

Simple logic dictates that each state either has "requirements pertaining
to foundations of mathematics" or it does not.

18 (states without requirements) + 28 (states with requirements) = 46
states

And just where did Mr. Rokyta attend school?

Hmmm.

Seeya at Farmers' Market, Moscow.

"We're a town of about 23,000 with 10,000 college students. The college
students are not very active in local elections (thank goodness!)."
