Now, let me see if I have this right.

The Republican Party for the state of Idaho, arguably the reddest state in 
the nation, had to go out of state to get a speaker?  Or is it simply that 
Republicans, noawadays, are afraid to go on record?

Meanwhile, the Idaho Democratic Party, an organization whose members are 
probably identified on the endangered species list and whose membership 
can fit (with family members) in a Volkswagen micro-bus, has no problem 
getting a local in-state member to speak at their conventions.

Hmmm.
