Don't miss this months Moscow Chamber of Commerce Business Forum,
Connecting Local Businesses with UI students through internships,
part-time employment, and career employment presented by Suzi
Billington, Director, UI Career & Professional Planning and Bob
Kesler, Job Locator/Counselor, UI Job Location & Development (a
division of student financial aid). This informative session will be

Learn how the University of Idaho can help you meet your hiring needs. Do
you have important projects you can never seem to get to or need additional
help during your busy season? Student interns and part-time employees are
an effective and economical way to solve these problems. An added bonus of
starting an internship program in your organization is the opportunity for
you to "test out" potential candidates as interns and groom them to fill
your future job vacancies.

Having difficulties finding qualified applicants to fill your career
positions? The UI may be able to help you as well. In
this session, we will explain the difference between internships vs.
part-time employees, what your obligations will be as a supervisor hiring
interns, how to create an internship program, and the process for hiring UI
student interns, part-time employees, and candidates for your career
positions.
