Dear Carl & Visionaries...

Not only Spokane but down the Columbia a bit at The Dalles!!! That's where I grew up... to the extent that process occurred.  Maybe it's because of wind surfing? The town is like Lewiston with better atmosphere and Portland an hour and a half away...
