[Vision2020] More about gas prices

I just checked online, www.gasbuddy.com , and I see Lewiston is selling regular for $3.92 at Flying J and a "high" of $4.04 at the Chevron Station on 21st & 13th.
 
Remember that if you're making a Cosco run this weekend.  Fill up in Lewiston before you come back up the hill.
 
Also, when I left Beaverton, OR last Friday morning, gas had been under $4.00 for the entire work week.  Less money and they even pump it for you.  The gas here in Moscow hasn't even come down a penny since I got back.  What's up with that?
