[Vision2020] Thanks to Tom

Well, Hell hath frozen over.
I owe Tom a nod of thanks for posting "The Dash" on July 2.
My grandfather passed away May 23 and I will be speaking at his memorial 
service in the L.A. area in September.
I had been mulling over what I would say, and his posting gave me the 
perfect way to frame my grandfather's life.
I spent much of this past weekend writing and rewriting the most difficult 
and most important thing I've ever had to put on paper.
So, thank you Tom for that post. It made an extremely difficult and 
emotional task a bit easier.
