[Vision2020] brief update on Dog Fighting Felony Bill (SB1260)

Constituents:
 
Senate Bill 1260 relating to making dog fighting a felony and a misdemeanor
for being a spectator at a dog fight passed the Senate Jud and Rules
Committee on a 8-0 vote.   This is the first positive step in working on
this legislation for four years.  The Michael Vick case certain has helped,
and we also prosecuted two individuals in Idaho for running a dog fighting
operation.
