[Vision2020] Garbage/Recycling collection suspended

Visionites,
Garbage and recycling collections have been suspended today for Latah County?Moscow.  We will resume collections tomorrow, weather permitting, and will run the rest of the week as if it is a holiday week, meaning all collections should be caught up by Saturday.
