ANYone coming onto your land for ANY reason, that is injured on your property - you get to foot that bill.  Techno stuff or not - you need to make sure your land (i.e. sidewalk) is clean and free of anything that could present a risk of injury or death.

Excuse my referencing the quote below as coming from Kit, it was from Jford.  Also, tech has solved the paperperson slipping too.  We can pretty much get any newspaper from around the world without even killing a single unarmed tree through the magic of the internet.  Ok, so I'm feeling sarcastic again, probably not a surprise.  I'm one of those darn generation X'ers that are starting to get old these days.
