Title 5 (Public Ways and Property, Chapter 7 (Sidewalks), Paragraph 7-2
(Sidewalk Policies), Subparagraph A, of the Moscow City Code states:

"It shall be the responsibility of the adjacent property owner to maintain
in good repair and safe condition and to keep clear of all snow, ice and
debris, the sidewalks which are adjacent to the owner's property including
the portion of the sidewalk which runs to the middle of any adjacent
public."

The question then becomes . . .

Who owns the property related to Ms. Bafus' concern?

Things that make you go, "Hmmm."

Seeya round town, MOscow (but, maybe not until the sidewalks and roads are
cleared).

City of Moscow Code Enforcement Officer downtown. She was attentive, and
made note of
dangerous sidewalks in front of local businesses. *warm smile* On Friday,
I went downtown
and was more than pleased with the prompt action that was taken by her.
BRAVO!!! And
THANK YOU to all the people involved in clearing the way!
