[Vision2020] Hawkins Mall & Sustainability:"Plan B 2.0" Online Free

Just how much extra gas was involved to drive to Lewiston, Spokane or 
Seattle to go shopping and won't at least some of the gas be saved if 
shopping comes to us rather than us going to it. Maybe it is an even 
trade off at the worst and just maybe we are saving some gas??
