[Vision2020] child forced back/was Romney drops out!?

Given a choice between respect for a mother who nearly killed her
child and respect for the integrity of the family and international
law, I'll take the latter over the former every time. Thought
experiment: what would Pat say if it was Mexico rather than Cuba?
