[Vision2020] Hawkins Mall and Moscow

You know, during the election these three (then) candidates gave a lot 
of lip service to the idea of "smart growth". 

This mall is obviously not "smart".

So, are they stupid and don't know what smart growth is, or are they 
just bald face lairs?

Yeah, I'd support a recall!
