The "Moscow Cares" website has been updated to include video segements of 
the February 4, 2008 City Council session concerning:

Discussion of Washington Water Permit Appeals, Mediation and Potential 
Settlement (accompanied with a downloadable copy of the Moscow-Hawkins 
Settlement Agreement)

Over the next few days updates will include video segments of the same 
city council session concerning:

Public Hearing – Indian Hills 6th Vacation Request

Public Hearing – Indian Hills 6th Preliminary Plat and Rezone

Committee reports, concerning each of these segments, are now available.
