No, Chas is correct. As a Democrat in Idaho your vote doesn't matter because only the winner of the vote gets all 4 of our electoral votes, since our vote is always Republican, the Democrats doesn't count in presidential elections.
But Idaho Democrats could make a difference in the fate of nation by giving Obama the nomination, we would win the general election.

To tell you the truth, there probably isn't a smaller population
than "Democrats in Idaho". I mean . . . I think we ought to file for
categorization as an "Endangered Species".
