[Vision2020] Shoes thrown at President Bush

Donovan,

When one of us goes to a foreign country and holds a press conference there, that person is going to be surrounded by non-U.S. citizens.  He'd be the foreigner, and it wouldn't be semantics.  And if the Secret Service had excluded everyone who felt like this, there maybe would have been a couple of Kurdish reporters taking notes.

I think we have more to worry about with regard to American stereotypes than do the Iraqis and their image.
