[Vision2020] Wintertime in the Palouse

So far this meteorological winter (Dec. Jan. Feb., as opposed to the
astronomical winter, Dec. 20-March 20) temperatures have been often above
normal (Wed. Dec. 10 hit 46 F., ten degress above normal), but this is about
to change big time:
